Adopt-A-Court

Immortalize yourself, your shuffle team, your business, or a loved one. It’s a great way to get your name in front of 2700 members and 50,000 annual visitors, while supporting the St. Petersburg Shuffleboard Club!

What does the Adopt-A-Court program support?

It takes a lot of work to maintain the courts of the world’s largest shuffleboard club! Even with dedicated volunteers, which reduces the labor cost, it will take an average of $20,000 a year to get all 74 courts up and running in pristine, playable condition. After the cost of producing the plaques, your court sponsorship goes directly towards painting and maintaining the courts, finishing the installation of new scoreboards, and painting and repairing benches.

How does the annual Adopt-A-Court program work?

The annually renewable court sponsorships run for one year from the plaque installation date. Sponsors get first dibs on continuing to sponsor their chosen courts for the following years. Sponsorships are offered based on the Contribution Tiers shown at the right. 

Sponsorship plaques are yellow with black lettering, 3.25 inches tall X 18 inches long. Text dedications may include: 1) Individuals/ Families; 2) League teams; 3) Memorials; 4) Businesses/Corporations/ Foundations. 

Please indicate your court preference and how you'd like your plaque worded in form below. Three lines maximum. The number of letters is flexible but text will shrink to fit the plaque parameters.
